Information collected. We collect contact, delivery, order and message details needed to prepare and deliver your gift.

How it is used. We use it to confirm orders, personalise baskets, coordinate delivery and provide support.

Payments. Payment details are processed by a secure payment provider. Wrapify.pk does not request or store your bank PIN, password or card security credentials.

Protection and rights. Access is limited to order fulfilment. You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal information.

Customisation and orders. Availability may vary; close substitutions will be discussed where practical. Custom orders begin after payment confirmation.

Delivery. Normal delivery is estimated at 2–3 days. Urgent delivery is estimated at 4–5 hours and depends on city, time and item availability.

Cancellations and refunds. Personalised items may not be cancellable once preparation begins. Approved refunds follow the original payment method.

Damaged or missing items. Contact us promptly with order details and clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Customer responsibilities. Customers must provide accurate recipient, contact and delivery details and ensure someone can receive the order.
